Goulash With Bell Pepper Recipe
Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 30 minutes


  • 1 lb of pork shoulder 
  • ½ of onion
  • ½ of yellow bell pepper
  • ½ of red bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp of clarified butter
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsps of flour
  • ½ cup of water


    1. Wash and dice the meat (½’’/ ½’’ each piece).
    2. Fry the meat on the clarified butter it changes the color to golden-brownish.
    3. Peel and dice the onion. Add it to the meat.
    4. Add salt, pepper, and flour. Mix.
    5. Add water and mix.
    6. Bring to boil, then reduce the heat and cook for another 10 minutes.
    7. Wash and cut bell peppers into strips.
    8. Add bell peppers to your goulash. If you want them to be softer, cook them for a little while.
