How To Make Zupa Krem z Białych Warzyw – Winter White Soup

You can use leftover rosol stock or ready-to-use stock to make winter white soup.

Dice the celery roots, parsley roots, and potatoes and cook them in the stock till soft. After that, add the grated horseradish.

Blend the soup till it’s smooth using a hand blender. If you don’t have a hand blender, you can put the soup in a food mixer and blend. Season with salt and pepper.

  • 1 celery root
  • 2 parsley roots / parsnips
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 leek (the white part)
  • 8 cups of broth/stock
  • 1 tbsp of grated horseradish
  • salt, pepper
  • 7 oz (200g) if sliced bacon
  • sour cream to serve


  1. Use ready-to-use stock or cook rosól using this recipe.
  2. Peel and dice a celery root, parsley roots, and potatoes.
  3. Cook them in the stock until soft.
  4. Add grated horseradish.
  5. Blend the soup to get the smooth consistency.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Fry the bacon slices until they get crispy.
