Hollow The Apples Out Very Carefully
Make sure the apple won’t rupture when hollowing out. It needs to be perfect, otherwise, the apple will fall apart in the oven.
It was my mistake when I was making my grandma’s baked apple with farmer cheese for the first time. I thought that the tiny crack won’t make a difference. I was wrong! My apple fell apart and I needed to make it one more time.
Decorate The Apple With Whipped Cream.
Do it when the apple is cold, otherwise, the whipped cream will melt.

Hello Karolina WOW thank you so much for sharing this delicious recipe. They came out terrific. I am glad I watched your video as you show to use the apple that was scooped out. (That I didn’t see in written recipe). I also love use of hand held immersion blender wouldn’t have thought to use it. I had enough filling to make a third one. Will definitely make again. Yum yum.
