- 1 napa cabbage or iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 red onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 tbsps of Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsps of mayonnaise
- a handful or fresh pomegranate seeds or cranberries
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Take a wide flat plate or bowl. Place ripped lettuce or chopped cabbage on the bottom.
