Ingrédients
- 14oz (400g) of sausage
- 1 oignon
- 3 gousses d'ail
- 1 carotte
- 1 racine de persil
- 1 céleri-rave
- 3 pommes de terre
- 1 tomate
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 poireau
- ½ of small cabbage
- 2 cuillères à soupe de pâte de tomate
- huile
- salt, pepper, herbs
- 1 cup (50g) of pasta
Instructions
- Dice the sausage.
- Peel and cut the onion into half moons.
- Fry the sausage, onion and pressed/crushed garlic in oil.
- In the meantime, peel and dice the potatoes, carrot, celery and parsley roots.
- Wash and dice the pepper and tomato.
- Shred the cabbage.
- Cut the leek into rings.
- Add the veggies to the fried onion, sausage, and garlic.
- Cover the veggies with water (as little as possible) and cook until soft.
- Add tomato paste.
- Mix and season with salt, pepper, and herbs (marjoram, rosemary, basil, etc.). Garnek chłopski should be spicy.
- (Optionally) Add cooked pasta.
