A person grating a carrot into a white bowl on the kitchen counter is preparing a hearty dish by adding vibrant color and fresh flavor to vegan kotlety mielone.

Peel and grate the carrot. Peel and finely chop an onion.

Peel and crush the garlic cloves.

Step 3 – Fry The Veggies

Sautéed chopped onions and grated carrots mingle in a frying pan on the stovetop, forming the flavorful base for our Vegan Kotlety Mielone.

Fry garlic and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add grated carrot and fry for another 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Step 4 – Make & Form The Cutlets

A mixing bowl with grated carrots, egg yolks, flour, spices, lentils, and tomato paste sits on a wooden surface next to other shredded vegetables. Perfect for crafting vegan kotlety mielone.

Gently mash lentils. Add fried veggies and all the remaining ingredients. Mix.

Form oval-shaped cutlets. Coat them in breadcrumbs.

A ball of mixed vegetables and grains, reminiscent of Vegan Kotlety Mielone, sits in the center of a decorative blue and white bowl filled with white powdery flour.

Step 5 – Fry The Cutlets

Fry cutlets in oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side.

Eight golden cutlets sizzling in oil in a black pan on a stovetop, these delicious bites resemble classic Vegan Kotlety Mielone made from wholesome lentils.

After frying, place the cutlets briefly on a plate lined with paper towels to drain off excess fat.
