Semolina porridge recipe is one of the easiest and quickest you can possibly have. It literally takes 5 minutes to be done. In Poland, kasza manna is usually made for kids, however, many people eat it for breakfast with different add-ons.

Best Add-Ons For Semolina Porridge

Speaking of add-ons for semolina pudding. The dish is sweet because of milk. Try to mix it with:

  • nuts
  • fruits (fresh, lyophilized, dry)
  • syrups
  • jams
  • chocolate
  • honey or any other sweetener
  • spices such as cinnamon or vanilla

Of course, you can eat it without any add-ons, it’s delicious just like that.

Tips For Making Semolina Porridge

Use any kind of milk.

Although I always go for cow milk, you can use any other kind of milk including rice, coconut, oatmeal, lactose-free, and even formula for infants.

Serve it warm or cold.

The dish tastes delicious when served either hot or cold.

Remember that semolina absorbs liquids, so you may need to add a bit more milk when you decide to cool it off. Otherwise, the semolina pudding may be too thick.
