- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 3 tbsps of chopped chives
- 2-3 tbsps of mayonnaise
- salt, pepper
- Boil the eggs then peel them.
- Using the fork, smash the eggs until you will get very small pieces.
- Wash and chop the chives.
- Add them to smashed eggs, mix with mayo.
- Season with salt and pepper.
