Did you know that not all Polish Easter eggs are pisanki? The word "pisanki" actually only refers to eggs decorated with hot wax! Depending on how you make them, they have totally different names:

- Kraszanki: Dyed a solid color (you can see them in the video)
- Drapanki: Scratched with a sharp tool to reveal a pattern.
- Oklejanki: Decorated with colorful yarn, petals, or paper cutouts.
- Ażurki: Drilled with tiny holes to look like delicate lace.
