Perfect for summer, apple jelly is an easy-to-make Polish apple dessert. Enjoy it cold topped with whipped cream!

Ingredients

  • 3 big apples
  • 2 cups of water
  • 3 oz (80g) of fruit jelly mix (galaretka)
  • whipped cream to decorate, optional

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples.
  2. Blend 2 apples and divide them into 4 dessert glasses.
  3. Dissolve the jelly powder in 2 cups of boiling hot water. Cool down.
  4. When the jelly is thickening, pour it onto the blended apples.
  5. Place the dessert glasses in the fridge.
  6. Cut the remaining 1 apple into small pieces. Put them onto the thick jelly.
  7. Decorate with whipped cream. Serve cold.
