Pork Loin

  • 3 lbs (1.4 kg) of pork loin
  • 1 ½ tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of pepper
  • 2-3 tbsps of dried herbs (basil, marjoram, lovage, etc.)

Horseradish sauce

  • 3 tbsps of grated horseradish
  • 2 cups of water
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of heavy cream

Instructions

Direction For Making Pork Loin

  1. Coat washed and dried pork loin with spices.
  2. Place it in the pot, cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next day, pour water over the meat (it should be completely covered).
  4. Simmer for about 90 minutes.
  5. Let the meat cool down in the water (it will make it juicier).
  6. When pork loin is completely cold, slice it.

  1. In a pot, mix water with salt, pepper, and grated horseradish.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a minimum.
  3. Start pouring the heavy cream very slowly, stirring constantly.
