Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz (100g) of sausage/ ham/bacon
  • 1 average onion
  • 6 organic eggs
  • chopped chives for decoration

Instructions

  1. Dice the sausage and the onion.
  2. Fry them on the pan, medium heat, for about 5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, smash the eggs into the bowl. Whisk a bit using a fork.
  4. When the onion and sausage is ready, pour the eggs and fry for about 5-10 minutes, on low heat.
  5. Serve warm with chives and bread.

  1. Piekne zdrowe jajka. Zadko u nas takie. Bardzo tęsknie za jajecznicą którą jadłam u koleżanki , jej ojciec smażył wspaniale jajecznice. Nigdy nie udało mi się zrobić tak dobrej. Oglądając te video, mysle ze to tez nie to, troche wyglada za sucha. Możliwe ze on używał dużo tluszczu.

    1. Jajecznica jest bardziej mokra, jak jest mniej ścięta.
      A jajka mamy od kur hodowanych przy domu jednego z członków rodziny, są pyszne!
