Polish drop noodles, kluski lane (cloo-skhi lah-neh) are one of the most popular add-ons to rosó?, Polish chicken soup. It literally takes 5 minutes to have them done. They are pretty similar to kluski k?adzione, however, they are smaller and thinner. You make them directly by throwing them into the hot broth.

Remember The Proportions.

1 tablespoon of flour + 1 egg for 4 cups of broth or soup.

It’s really simple. This portion is for 2 adults.

Choose How Big Drop Noodles You Want.

The faster you swirl over the entire surface of the soup, the smaller your kluski lane will be. The other rule is that the slower you pour the mixture into the soup, the thinner your drop noodles will be. See how I make them on the video below.

The Soup Needs To Be Really Hot.

If you are making kluski lane with rosol, don’t bring the soup to boil because it will become blurry.

It’s should be almost boiling hot.

You Can Make Your Drop Noodles Separately.

You can, however, cook them separately by throwing them into the salty boiling hot water, then taking them out with the slotted spoon.

Serve Them With Soup Or Stew.

Polish drop noodles taste best with rosol or any other Polské pokrmy like:

Store It In The Fridge Or Freezer.

You can keep your kluski lane in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
